Lu Zhang is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the CREATE Center for Research on Equality in Education, University of Oslo. Her current research focuses on developing an approximate maximum likelihood estimation method for longitudinal generalized linear latent and mixed models. She holds an M.Sc. in Assessment, Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Oslo (2024) and an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Macau (2017). Her methodological interests include Multistage Testing (MST), Generalized Linear Latent Variable Models, and Item Response Theory (IRT).
