Associate Professor Lu Liu is a pharmacology researcher at the University of New South Wales, focusing on gastrointestinal and urinary bladder diseases. With over 20 years of experience, her work spans inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and recent explorations of bladder urothelium function. She holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Monash University (1998) and has received prestigious awards like the Mollie Holman Medal and ASCEPT Denis Wade Award.
