Guiming Liu

Dr. Guiming Liu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). He holds a Ph.D. from China Medical University (2002) and has held academic positions at institutions including MetroHealth Medical Center (CWRU), The Cleveland Clinic, and SUNY Upstate Medical University. His research focuses on urinary tract dysfunction, obesity-diabetes interplay, and translational therapies. He serves on editorial boards for journals like Advances in Medicine and Frontiers in Surgery.

Education: Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, China Medical University, 2002. Postdoctoral training at The Cleveland Clinic (2002–2005).
