Dr. Louise Racine is a Professor and Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Nursing. She holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia and prior degrees from Université Laval. Her research focuses on immigrant/refugee health, culturally safe care for racialized populations, nursing philosophy, and postcolonial theory applications. Dr. Racine teaches courses on global health, qualitative research methods, and community nursing.
