Dr. Louise Mole is a Lecturer in Dietetic Practice at the University of Plymouth's School of Health Professions. She contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate dietetics programs, including coordination of clinical placements and supervising research dissertations.
- Lecturer on BSc (Hons) Dietetics and Master of Dietetics (MDiet) programs
- Module lead for research design modules
- Delivers clinical supervisory skills training to educators in the South West
