Jen Carroll is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Plymouth's School of Health Professions (Faculty of Health). Her roles include PhD supervision for a project on parent-reported quality of life measures in childhood epilepsy treated with ketogenic diets, building on her prior PhD work (CORE-KDT study).
