Professor Louise Hague serves as Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Experience) at the University of Reading, leading Teaching & Learning strategy across multiple schools including the School of Law, Henley Business School, and the Institute of Education. She is a Professor in the School of Law with expertise in constitutional/administrative law and legal history. Previously held roles include Senior Tutor, School Director of Teaching & Learning, and Deputy Head of School.
Education: Alumnus of University of Reading (LLB and postgraduate degrees). Professional background includes work at the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education (OIA).
Research focuses on legal pedagogy and community engagement through initiatives like the Streetlaw programme, which empowers students to disseminate legal knowledge locally. Leadership emphasizes data-driven improvements in teaching excellence and student experience.
