Lou McPhail is an Instructional Assistant Professor of Business Law at the School of Business Administration, University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). A native of Oxford, Mississippi, he holds an B.S. in Engineering (1986) from Ole Miss, an MBA (1994) from Webster University, and a J.D. in Law (1997) from the University of North Dakota. He has taught BUS 250: Legal Environment of Business and focuses on equipping students with practical legal skills for business contexts.
