Lorne Waldman

Mr. Lorne Waldman is a Visiting Fellow at the Refugee Law Initiative, University College London. He specializes in immigration and refugee law, with a focus on human rights and constitutional issues. Since 1979, he has practiced exclusively in these fields, advocating for refugees and immigrants globally.

Education:

• LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School (1977)
• LLM from University of Toronto (2000) with a thesis on international human rights law and immigration law

Research & Expertise: His work centers on the intersection of refugee law, human rights, and constitutional challenges.
