Dr Long Seng To is a Visiting Professor in Sustainable Development at Loughborough University, UK, affiliated with the Department of Geography & Environment and the School of Social Sciences & Humanities. She previously served as Joint Director of the Centre for Sustainable Transitions: Energy, Environment & Resilience (STEER) and Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Development.
