Liz Pellicano is a Professor of Autism Education at Macquarie University's Department of Educational Studies (Faculty of Arts). She holds an Honorary Professorship and has held prior roles including Director of the Centre for Research in Autism and Education (CRAE) at UCL Institute of Education. Her research focuses on autism's impact on daily life, policy influence, and public awareness. Key achievements include over 250 publications, 8 active research projects, and awards such as the Philip Leverhulme Prize (2015).
