Lisa Owen

Lisa Owen serves as Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy Program at the University of New Hampshire's College of Health and Human Services, specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation with expertise in hand therapy, breast cancer rehabilitation, and lymphedema management through a biopsychosocial lens.

Her research innovates at the intersection of clinical practice and education, developing 3D anatomical learning tools for upper extremity rehabilitation and creating a psychosocial screening instrument to enhance holistic hand therapy outcomes. Nationally and internationally recognized for her hand therapy expertise, she integrates active learning methodologies that bridge classroom knowledge with clinical application.
