معرفی
Professor Lisa McElwee-White is the Colonel Allen R. and Margaret G. Crow Professor of Chemistry at the University of Florida. She holds a B.S. from the University of Kansas (1979) and a Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology (1983). Before joining the University of Florida as an Associate Professor in 1993, she was an Assistant Professor at Stanford University (1985–1993). She was promoted to Full Professor in 1997 and served as Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences before returning to lead the Chemistry Department as Chair.
Her research focuses on organometallic chemistry applications in materials science, including chemical vapor deposition of inorganic films for semiconductors/OLEDs, nanostructure deposition via electron beam-induced processes, and photochemical metallization for organic electronics. She directs a research program at the University of Florida's Department of Chemistry, housed in SIS 429A.
