Dr. Lisa Hahn is a socio-legal scholar serving as Deputy Professor of Public Law with specializations in Social Welfare and Education Law at the University of Hildesheim's Department of Social and Organizational Education (Faculty of Educational and Social Sciences) from summer 2025 through winter 2025/26. Her academic foundation includes a law degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, doctoral research on strategic human rights litigation, and international experience as a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley's Center for the Study of Law & Society.
