Professor Lisa Giddings holds a Professorship in the Department of Economics at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse since 2000. She specializes in Labor Economics, Transition Economies, Sports Economics, and Family Economics with a focus on same-sex households. Her pedagogical approach emphasizes radical inclusivity through the Relevance, Belonging, and Growth Mindset (RBG) framework, informed by participation in the AEA's EDUCATE Workshop and UWL's Inclusive Teaching Institute.
Education: B.S. in Mathematics, Economics, and Literature from University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1991), M.A. Economics (1994), Ph.D. Economics from American University (2000).
