Dr. Lisa R. Feldman is a Professor and Department Head in the Department of Civil, Geological, and Environmental Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. She also directs the Saskatchewan Centre for Masonry Design. Her expertise spans structural engineering, reinforced concrete/masonry, and infrastructure rehabilitation.
