Lisa Dauth serves as a Research Assistant for Modern German Literature at the Department of German Studies, Europa-Universität Flensburg since June 2019. She is currently pursuing her doctoral project under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Iulia-Karin Patrut.
Her research focuses on Post-1945 Poetry with specialized expertise in Paul Celan's work, Poetics, and European Literary and Cultural Research. Her scholarship examines European identity construction through literary analysis, particularly exploring border concepts, cultural transfer, and multilingual dimensions in post-Holocaust literature.
Her publication trends reveal deep engagement with German-Jewish literary relations, transnational literary networks, and spatial poetics. Recent work analyzes Celan's European dimension through geographical, linguistic, and cultural border studies, while also contributing to graphic novel scholarship regarding Holocaust representation.

Dauth actively contributes to academic discourse through conference organization and colloquia. She co-organized the 2020 international conference 'Wohin mit der ‚Gabe der Ubiquität‘? Paul Celans europäische Dimension' and participates in the Literatur- und kulturwissenschaftliches Kolloquium (since 2019) and Literaturwissenschaftliches Kolloquium (since 2022) at Europa-Universität Flensburg. Her academic memberships include the Gesellschaft für interkulturelle Germanistik and Georg Brandes-Gesellschaft für Literaturvermittlung und Kulturtransfer.
