Dr. Liping Dai is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University School of Law, specializing in Water Governance, Environmental Law, and Sustainability. She holds a PhD in Water Resources Management from Utrecht University (2015). Her research focuses on comparative studies between the Netherlands and China in water governance, Nature-based Solutions, and urban resilience.
