Linda Peach is a Lecturer in Psychology at Charles Sturt University (CSU), based at the Bathurst campus. She holds a PhD from the University of Queensland (2012) and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours 1). Her research focuses on gender inequality, feminism, diversity and inclusion, sexism, and intersectional dimensions of societal structures. She has taught at UTS and the University of Adelaide since 2022, covering courses like Diversity Management and Research Design. At CSU, she teaches PSY115 – Introduction to Research, Ethics and Reasoning. Her work bridges academia and practice, including consulting to improve organizational gender equality.
