Linda Lundgaard Andersen is Professor at Roskilde University's Department of People and Technology, where she directs research on social innovation, welfare systems, and organizational ethics. Her academic leadership includes heading the PhD School for People and Technology.
Research examines social entrepreneurship, co-production in public services, civil society dynamics, and learning processes within welfare organizations, utilizing ethnographic and psychoanalytic methodologies. Her work critically evaluates neoliberal transformations in public sector governance.
