Ola Kristoffer Lande Andersen

Ola Kristoffer Lande Andersen is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Department of People and Technology at Roskilde University, Denmark, and is also employed part-time at the Danish Health Authority (Sundhedsstyrelsen). He is affiliated with the Center for Organisationspsykologi and has participated in the Tavicstock Leicester Conference.

• 2003: Master in Organizational Psychology from Roskilde University

His research interests focus on organizational psychology, with an emphasis on human behavior within technological and organizational contexts. He is actively involved in professional networks through his membership in ISPSO (International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations) and OPUS (a network for organizational psychology).

He serves as an external lecturer in the Master's program in Organizational Psychology at Roskilde University, combining academic instruction with practical experience from his role at the Danish Health Authority.
