Linda Kirk

Professor Linda Kirk holds a Doctor of Juridical Science and academic roles including Adjunct Associate Professor at UNSW's Faculty of Law and Justice and Honorary Associate Professor at the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University. She teaches and researches in administrative law, migration, citizenship, and international refugee law. Previously, she served as a part-time Associate Professor at UNSW (2018–2020), Sub-Dean at ANU College of Law (2015–2016), and Senator for South Australia (2002–2008). She chairs the Committee of the Australian Association of Women Judges and is a Senior Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
