Linda Feltman

Linda Feltman is a Lecturer at the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications, Penn State. She serves as Faculty Director for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation minor (ENTI) Student Ambassador program and Faculty Advisor for Happy Valley Comm, a student-run PR firm. Her roles include coordinating Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) from 2009–2018 and mentoring student startups via the Student Startup Showcase and Happy Valley Launch Box. She teaches courses like COMM 493 (Entrepreneurship), COMM 380 (Telecommunications Management), and a First-Year Seminar on entrepreneurship.

Education: B.A. in Advertising (Penn State, 1976), Associate’s in Business Management (College of DuPage, 1972), study abroad at Université de Montréal (1973) and University of Manchester (1976).

Research interests focus on entrepreneurship education, small business consulting, and community-driven innovation. She has authored books on bed and breakfasts and contributed a column to Pennsylvania Magazine since 1992.

Awards include recognition for outreach, teaching excellence, and leadership in entrepreneurship. She advises student organizations and fosters cross-campus collaboration through initiatives like the Lion Launch Pad Living Learning Option.
