Lin Guo, PhD, is a Professor of Finance at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School. Her work focuses on financial institutions, risk management, corporate governance, and international finance. She holds a PhD from Boston College and a BA from Nankai University. Professor Guo has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles in top journals such as Journal of Banking and Finance and Journal of Financial Stability. She actively organizes risk management symposia and serves as an associate editor for China Finance Review International. Her accolades include the 2019 China International Risk Forum Best Achievement Award and Outstanding Reviewer recognition from Journal of Banking and Finance. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in risk management, corporate finance, and international financial management.
