Haifeng Guo is an Assistant Professor in Finance at Durham University Business School. His research spans asset pricing, behavioral finance, corporate finance, and monetary policy, with publications in journals like the British Journal of Management and Journal of International Money and Finance.
Guo's work examines how investor sentiment influences corporate financial decisions and market outcomes. His studies analyze pre-FOMC announcement market behaviors, sentiment-state interactions with Federal Reserve policies, and valuation effects of firm-specific investor psychology.
He currently supervises three doctoral students: Shunshun Xu, Weiye Chen, and Yuze Zhang.
