Lilli Theres Eilertsen Bay

Lilli Theres Eilertsen Bay is a Research Fellow in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Oslo. Her work focuses on molecular mechanisms of RNA polymerase II regulation, transcriptional processes, and their interplay with DNA replication and cell cycle checkpoints. She employs advanced flow cytometry techniques to study these systems under stress conditions such as UV exposure and chemotherapy.
