Liliane Abboud is an Assistant Professor in Marketing at the University of Surrey, affiliated with the Surrey Business School and the Surrey Institute for People-Centred Artificial Intelligence (PAI). Her roles include teaching and research in marketing, with a focus on integrating technology and ethical practices into service environments.
Education: She holds a PhD, MSc, and BBA, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Her research interests center on customer experience technology, wellbeing in services, power dynamics, and actor engagement strategies. Recent work explores collective ethics in academia and service ecosystems' management.
Teaching includes postgraduate Services Marketing and undergraduate courses like Capturing Market Insights and Research in Marketing. She supervises PhD students Tariq Alwashah and Heer Paleja, focusing on AI-driven consumer decision-making and service technology.
