Lesley Graff, PhD, is a Professor and Department Head of Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Manitoba’s Max Rady College of Medicine. She also serves as Provincial Specialty Lead for Clinical Health Psychology at Shared Health Manitoba and is affiliated with the Health Sciences Centre’s GI Psychology clinic.

- BA (Honours) in Psychology, University of Saskatchewan (1985)
Her research focuses on psychological factors in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (e.g., IBD, celiac disease, multiple sclerosis) and chronic pain, emphasizing stress, depression, anxiety, and resilience. She collaborates nationally via the IMAGINE GI network and internationally with institutions like Harvard and the Cleveland Clinic.
Research affiliations include the IBD Clinical and Research Centre, IMAGINE SPOR Network, Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Disease (IMID) group, CCOMS study group, and Manitoba Celiac Disease Research Group.
