Leonardo Rinaldi is a Professor of Accounting and former Co-Head of the Accounting and Financial Management Department at Royal Holloway, University of London's School of Business and Management. His research focuses on sustainability transitions, integrated reporting, and the role of accounting in facilitating organizational resilience. He holds a Laurea cum Laude from the University of Florence and a PhD in Business Administration. Rinaldi has received awards including the 2023 Highly Commended Paper Award and multiple teaching accolades such as the School of Management Teaching Prize (2014) and FHEA (2012).
