Leonardo Faedo is a Researcher and Research Assistant at the Centre for Agroecology, Water and Resilience (CAWR) at Coventry University. He holds dual PhDs in Interdisciplinary Studies in Agroecology, Water and Resilience (Coventry University) and Plant Sciences (University of Santa Catarina State, Brazil), alongside an MBA in Agrobusiness and a Master's in Plant Sciences (Plant Health and Ecology). Since 2013, he has worked on agricultural projects involving research, education, and consulting across South America and Europe. His research focuses on agroecology, biodiversity, and sustainable farming technologies.

Studies explore topics like Rhizoctonia solani control in tomatoes and Botrytis cinerea management in strawberries using natural and biodynamic approaches.
Grants & Projects: He contributed to the Design and Evaluation of Peat-Free Blocking Media project (2023–2025), focusing on sustainable agricultural materials. His doctoral thesis explored vitality in strawberry systems through multi-method approaches.
