Dr. Leo Meyer serves as a guest lecturer at Utrecht University's Faculty of Geosciences, Department of Earth Sciences, specializing in climate change science and policy frameworks including the IPCC and UNFCCC. He founded ClimateContact-Consultancy post-retirement from public service, focusing on climate science communication and national policy development.
