Alaa Al Khourdajie

Dr. Alaa Al Khourdajie is a Research Fellow at Imperial College London's Department of Chemical Engineering, specializing in climate change mitigation through Integrated Assessment Models (IAMs). His work bridges energy systems, policy, and socioeconomic factors to support Paris Agreement goals. He leads Work Package 4 in the EU's IAM COMPACT project and has contributed to major initiatives like the IPCC's AR6 and UNEP's Global Environment Outlook. Dr. Al Khourdajie holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bath, focusing on climate cooperation frameworks.
