Lenka Malek

Dr. Lenka Malek is a Lecturer at the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine, University of Adelaide, with a multidisciplinary focus on consumer behavior, food sustainability, and nutrition policy. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Public Health Nutrition III, Food Quality and Regulation, and Research Methods and Data Analysis, while supervising Masters and PhD students.
