Dr. Ying (Lena) Wang is an Associate Professor at RMIT University's School of Management and Co-Director of the Centre for Organisations and Social Change (COSC). She specializes in organisational psychology, focusing on fostering positive workplace attributes, diversity, and inclusion. Lena holds a PhD from the University of Sheffield and advanced degrees from the University of Warwick. With over $2M in external research funding, she collaborates with governments and industries to improve organisational health and fairness. Her consulting experience spans talent management, leadership development, and mental health initiatives.
Education: PhD in Work Psychology (University of Sheffield), MSc in Psychological Research Methods (University of Warwick), MA in Organisational Studies (University of Warwick).
Research Interests: Organisational psychology, workplace well-being, diversity & inclusion, HRM innovations.
Awards: Co-edited award-winning Advances in Global Leadership book series (Emerald).
