Dr. Marco De Sisto is an Associate Professor in Management at RMIT University’s School of Management, Australia, and a member of the Centre for Organisations and Social Change (COSC). He holds a PhD from RMIT, alongside a B.Sc. in Psychology (University of Rome 'La Sapienza') and an M.Sc. in Criminology (collaboration with IPA Italy). His interdisciplinary research focuses on strategic management in high-uncertainty environments, including innovation, corporate social responsibility, and disaster management. He has conducted impactful research across developed (Australia, Italy) and developing economies (China, Pakistan).
