Laura Weddle is the Director of the Kentucky Nutrition Education Program at the University of Kentucky's Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. She oversees the administration and implementation of USDA-funded initiatives like the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP-Ed), which focus on nutrition education for low-income populations.
