Dr. Monica Mundy is an Assistant Professor in the School of Human Environmental Sciences at the University of Kentucky's Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. She joined the institution in 2024 and focuses on community and family health, particularly in underserved populations within Kentucky.
