Laura Osterweis

Laura Osterweis serves as Professor of Art in the Art, Design & Art History Department at Framingham State University, where she teaches diverse design and studio art courses through an energetic methodology emphasizing student experimentation and participation. Her extensive teaching career spans Clark University, Emerson College, Rhode Island School of Design, Salve Regina University, School of the Museum of Fine Arts (Boston), and University of Connecticut.

Her research investigates concepts of beauty and graphic expression across traditional and non-traditional media, deeply influenced by Kundalini yoga, meditation, and nature's interconnectedness.
