معرفی
Laura Manenti is a Researcher in the School of Physics at The University of Sydney, affiliated with the Sydney Nano Institute. Her work focuses on quantum sensors, dark matter detection, and particle physics experiments involving novel detector technologies. She leads projects on superconducting sensors and acoustic particle detection.
Her research spans experimental physics with contributions to rare-event detection, quantum materials, and high-sensitivity optical measurements. Recent projects include studies on dark photon searches and cosmic ray interference in superconducting qubits, supported by a 2024 Physics Research Seed Funding grant.
Laura’s publications address topics such as superconducting transition-edge sensors, dielectric haloscopes, and acoustic detection in viscous liquids. She collaborates widely with institutions including CERN and international research teams.
