Dr. Laura Lavertu is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Strathclyde's Strathclyde Business School. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Edinburgh and additional qualifications including a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PgCAP) and Fellowship Accreditation (FHEA). Her research focuses on the impact of technology (e.g., social media, AR/VR, AI) on consumer-brand interactions and user well-being, employing experimental methods. She has published in journals like Journal of Advertising Research and Computers in Human Behavior.
