Laura Keller is a Senior Lecturer in the Composition Program at the University of Toledo. She holds an M.A. in English from the University of Toledo (2000) with a focus on Toni Morrison and notions of circularity. For the past three years, she has directed the First-Year Writing Contest and participates in the Composition Colloquium.
- Research Focus: Intertextuality, deconstruction of the American Dream, and literary analysis of Hemingway, Joyce Carol Oates, Flannery O'Connor, Sherwood Anderson, and other writers exploring fragmented truths.
- Personal Interests: Scouring independent films and Alt. Country/Americana music; spends time in Tennessee's green mountains; mother of two children.
