Professor Laura Galloway is a distinguished academic and researcher in entrepreneurship, leadership, and small business studies at Heriot-Watt University's Edinburgh Business School. She holds the position of joint Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Entrepreneurship & Innovation and has led initiatives such as the Edinburgh Business School Incubator, supporting over 70 startups between 2018-2023, creating 120 jobs and attracting £3 million in funding. Her work focuses on marginalized groups, including minority entrepreneurship, poverty and enterprise, and circular economy practices in SMEs.
