Laura Cucchi is a Research Associate at the Latin American Centre, University of Oxford. She also serves as an Assistant Researcher at the Argentine National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) and holds visiting positions at Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Oxford through a Gerda-Henkel Postdoctoral Grant.
Her research focuses on Argentine parliamentary politics during the late 19th century, examining themes like state formation, federal interventions, and the separation of powers. Her work explores the interplay between provincial politicians, national authorities, and the public sphere in Buenos Aires.
