Laura Adley is the Deputy Head of School in the School of Nursing at Anglia Ruskin University, part of the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care. She holds a Senior Lecturer role and specializes in clinical education and nursing practice. Her professional background includes extensive experience in children’s oncology, particularly in teenage and young adult (TYA) cancer care, where she contributed to pioneering ambulatory care models in the UK. Laura transitioned into higher education after completing a Master’s in Nursing Education, focusing on advancing nursing pedagogy and student well-being.
