Dr. Latha Poonamallee is a tenured Professor of Management & Social Innovation and Chair of the Faculty of Management at The New School's Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment, as well as the School of Undergraduate Studies. She is a University Fellow at The New School and Editor in Chief of the Society of Advancement of Management Journal. Her research focuses on leveraging management and leadership to drive sustainable and equitable societal change, particularly through her founded initiatives like the Management and Social Justice Collective and In-Med AI, an AI-driven healthcare venture. She has held significant grants, including a Fulbright Scholarship to support Botswana's social entrepreneurship ecosystem.
