Larry Hygh

Dr. Larry Hygh is an assistant professor in the Communication Department at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in the advertising and public relations program. He previously served as a full-time lecturer and internship coordinator at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). His research interests include advertising and public relations, and he has experience in crisis communication and integrated communications management. Dr. Hygh is a sought-after public speaker and has keynoted and facilitated communications training across the country. He is a lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and is active with the Zeta Tau Chapter in Pasadena, the Black Public Relations Society of Los Angeles, the National Association of Black Journalists, and the Los Angeles Press Club. He is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Pasadena and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Southern California. Dr. Hygh describes himself as a 'fun and adventure enthusiast' who loves to travel and is a foodie.
