Kyoung-Hee Yu is Associate Professor in the Management Discipline Group at UTS Business School. Her research examines how social conditions shape work experiences, with focus on migration, marginalization processes, and pathways to workplace inclusion.
Research expertise covers the reproduction of disadvantage through organizational structures, resistance strategies of marginalized groups, and comparative employment relations. Her work has been recognized by multiple best paper awards from leading professional associations.
Editorial contributions include roles at Organization, Human Relations, and Journal of Industrial Relations. Research has informed public discussions on migrant labor, Uber's labor model, and COVID-19 employment impacts, featured in The New York Times and The Conversation.
