Kyle Fruh is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Duke Kunshan University and also holds an appointment as Assistant Professor of the Practice of DKU Studies at Duke University since 2023. His academic work spans moral philosophy and applied ethics.
- Ph.D. in Philosophy from Georgetown University (2014)
Research focuses on moral heroism, climate ethics, and promissory obligations. He explores intersections between:

- Climate justice and displacement ethics
- Environmental ethics and bioethics
