Kyinat Molta

Kyinat Molta is a Lecturer at the London College of Fashion (LCF), specializing in BA (Hons) Fashion Styling and Production. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Parsons The New School for Design and studied Filmmaking at Ecole Cinema Geneve. Prior to LCF, she worked as a National Level Documentary Photographer for UNICEF in Pakistan, focusing on women's health through an Entertainment Education initiative. She also contributed to USAID projects and taught at IQRA University, covering Introduction to Fashion, History of Costume, and Portfolio Development.

Joining LCF via the Academic Development Fund, Molta emphasizes embedding diverse and marginalized voices into the curriculum. She advocates for sustainability, social responsibility, and innovation in fashion futures. Her course nurtures students to become creative forces through interdisciplinary approaches, leveraging social media and technology.

Molta highlights the importance of student diversity and aims to address attainment gaps via student support services. She encourages students to embrace their unique perspectives and backgrounds, fostering a curriculum that values individual creativity and ethical practice.
