Ayshen Ali Brazier

Ayshen Ali Brazier is a full-time Lecturer and Course Leader of the BSc Fashion Management program at the London College of Fashion (LCF), part of the University of the Arts London. She joined LCF through the Academic Development Fund, designed to enhance academic programs based on student feedback. Previously, she held roles at the University for the Creative Arts, including Subject Leader for the MA Luxury Brand Management course.

Her professional background spans over a decade in retail buying for brands like Burberry, Harrods, and ASOS, alongside luxury brand curation experience. Academically, she holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion Management from LCF, a PGCE in Lifelong Learning from the University of Greenwich (2013), and a Master's in Creative Arts Education (2018), focusing on graduate employability.

Brazier specializes in curriculum design that integrates industry relevance and employability, emphasizing active teaching methods and student engagement. Her research interests include educational strategies for creative industries and sustainable fashion business practices. She has published work on employability in higher education.

As Course Leader, she oversees the BSc Fashion Management curriculum, focusing on data analysis, sustainability, marketing, and financial accounting. The program emphasizes strategic thinking and collaboration with industry professionals through guest lectures and placements.
